We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our office runs smoothly. salary: $61,500 - $68,750 per year

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and stocking.

  • Maintain and update office policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and staff.

  • Manage scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Coordinate and facilitate office events and meetings.

  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.

  • Process invoices, handle petty cash, and manage office-related financial records.

  • Coordinate with accounting or finance departments for billing and payments.
