Overview
Position Title:Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Private Duty
Location:Martin, TN
About the Role:Join our dedicated team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Adoration Health, providing personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes. This full-time position offers 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Essential Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and document patient health and well-being.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient.
Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and family members.
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification in the state of Tennessee.
CPR certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting clients with either personal care or home management tasks
This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks
Qualifications
Minimum age requirements is 18 years
Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
