- Collaborative with childcare staff, SFC staff and administration

Duties:
- Maintains the Childcare Center in accordance with policies, procedures and licensing standards.
- Maintains and updates, as necessary, all Childcare Center records.
- Maintains and updates, as necessary, all personnel and operating policies and procedures.
- Develops and maintains parent contracts with projected income levels in conjunction with the business office.
- Responsible for verifying monthly payroll for child care employees.
- Manages delinquent payments to St. Francis for child care services and ensure prompt payment in accordance with our Childcare Centers policies and procedures.
- Approves and fills out purchase orders for materials and supplies for classroom programs and activities.
- Works and engages with children just like the rest of the childcare staff
- Represents the Childcare Center in the community well and acts as a liaison with other agencies.
- Establishes and maintains a healthy, safe, and enjoyable working and learning environment for staff, parents, children and visitors.
- Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by the SFC administration.
