SUMMARY This position is responsible for the direct management and oversight of the Fiserv Premier Core, Treasury Solutions and ancillary applications. The person in this leadership role provides guidance and support to System Administrators who oversee the organization's primary application for client financial information and Treasury Management systems. This leader possesses strong business acumen and technical knowledge along with the ability to build highly effective working relationships across the organization to ensure business needs are met and client satisfaction is maintained. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: other duties may be assigned. Sets and leads goals for teams that align with the strategic priorities of the organization. Partners with management staff throughout the organization to ensure integrity of systems is maintained and data policies are followed. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures for core, treasury, and 3rd party applications. Oversees the creation and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans (BCPs) for core, treasury, and 3rd party applications. Oversees resource allocation of division to ensure alignment with strategic projects and priorities. Partners with IT Operations and various departments and business units to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of core, treasury and 3rd party applications are meeting their needs. Works directly with other stakeholders to manage and maintain vendor relationships with core, treasury, and 3rd party vendors. Utilizes skill mastery and experience of core, treasury, and 3rd party applications in order to provide direction, recognize performance issues, and recommend changes. Participates and advises on governance around changes to IT production environments. Reinforces culture of shared ownership and accountability for results. Oversees teams on project efforts as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and minimum seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Prior banking experience required. Experience leading teams in a fast-paced pr duction environment preferred. Experience with bank applications, software administration and vendor management preferred. Banking graduate school education a bonus. OTHER SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Must possess strong critical thinking skills and the aptitude to make decisions that have a large organizational impact under pressure. Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to remain objective and professional at all times. Ability to properly prioritize workload of teams to ensure appropriate resource capacity toward strategic goals while maintaining an efficient production environment. Must be organized and possess a solid balance of technical and business knowledge. Must be client centric. Ability to act as a change agent and lead teams through an evolving environment. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The anticipated pay range for this position is $105,280 to $173,711 per year (in CO & WA), and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location.
