Job Summary

  • The Patient Services Representative is responsible for greeting visitors and registering patients.

  • A patient-friendly experience will be provided.

  • Registration and admissions will provide patient confidentiality processes that are timely and efficient.

Education and/or Experience

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school; one or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Schedule

  • Day/Evening Shifts: occasional weekend, occasional holiday; 80 hours every 2 weeks

  • 7:30am-4:00pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
