The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will support the day-to-day and functions and strategic vision of recruiting for LCMC Health. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, inclusive of sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, negotiating salary terms, debriefing and extending offers. Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of staff positions and establish strategic partnerships with managers and department leaders to understand position needs and effectively design company wide recruitment strategies. Work directly with hiring managers to qualify hiring needs’ specifics, develop recruiting strategies and provide managers with consultative insight into local market. Conducts intake meetings with hiring managers and prepares and posts jobs to external careers site. Manage job postings across job sites in conjunction with our applicant tracking system. Identifies future talent needs and proactively recruit for open positions. Engage passive candidates to get them excited about opportunities with LCMC Health. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Conducts professional and thoughtful phone interviews that are infused with industry/role specific probing questions as the conversation/interview dictates. Guides candidates throughout the interview process ensuring they have an excellent candidate experience. Schedule interviews by working directly with candidates and hiring managers. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Coordinate travel logistics for interviewees at a manager level or high-level professionals, consisting of flights, hotel and relocation information. As determined by Talent Acquisition Manager, work on special projects to further the objectives of the talent acquisition department. Travel to career fairs and universities to help recruit for LCMC Health. Track recruiting activities and produce weekly reporting on candidate status. Monitor and apply human resources recruiting best practices.

Education: Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred: Experience: Minimum Required: 3 years of experience as a Recruiter. Preferred: 6 or more years of experience specifically as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, including experience in the healthcare industry. License/Certification: Minimum Required: Preferred: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR)
