Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Marrero, Louisiana

Description

Robert Half has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative with our client in the Healthcare/NHS industry, located in Marrero, Louisiana. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional level of service. This is a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email correspondence, ensuring all inquiries are handled with professionalism and accuracy

• Enter customer data and order entries into our system accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to handle documentation and reporting tasks

• Schedule appointments for customers as required, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Work within a call center environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Ensure all customer service activities align with the guidelines and standards of the healthcare industry

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently achieved

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and recommend solutions to management

Requirements

• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls in a healthcare setting

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment

• Ability to accurately input and manage data entries

• Experience with email correspondence and excellent written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and document creation

• Experience in order entry and processing in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to schedule appointments, managing multiple calendars and coordinating schedules

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with patients, medical professionals, and team members

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally

• Familiarity with healthcare industry policies, procedures, and regulations is an advantage
