POSITION TITLE: Outpatient Service Clinician (BSW) (Primary Responsibility will be with Adults) If there are no successful applicants, consideration will be given to filling: Supports & Services Coordinator (BA in a Human Services Mental Health Field)
POSITION STATUS: 80 hours biweekly / Regular Full-time Marquette Professional Union /Exempt
SALARY RANGE: Pay rate dependent on Position/Degree/Licensure $21.39/hr---$28.83/hr LBSW pay scale $20.48/hr---$25.36/hr LLBSW pay scale $18.30/hr---$24.75/hr Supports & Services Coordinator Plus full-time benefits RESPONSIBILITIES: This position could provide outpatient psychotherapy, intensive outpatient case management, or Supports Coordination services to a variety of clientele including adults, adolescents, children and families requesting services. This position may make diagnoses, develop treatment plans using the person centered planning process and providing treatment or appropriate referrals. This position may monitor treatment plans to assess recipient's progress and make adjustments as appropriate, carry an active caseload, prepare case histories and needs assessments, provide counseling, follow-up, and aftercare. An employee in this class may be assigned specialization areas or special populations such as adult, child or adolescent. Daytime crisis intervention, groups, family or individual treatment may also be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: For the Outpatient Services Clinician (BSW): Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with State of Michigan Licensure as a Bachelors of Social Work (LBSW) or Limited Licensed Bachelors of Social Work (LLBSW). For the Supports & Services Coordinator: Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services Mental Health field (Such as Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or similar nature) and one year of experience working with persons with mental illness.
