Lake Superior Life Care & Hospice Hospice RN Case Manager in Marquette, Michigan

As a Hospice Nurse you'll visit patients wherever they call home, actively help with symptom management, and engage the patient and their care-giving team throughout their end-of-life journey.

RN Case Manager/Visit Nurse
- .6 FTE or .8 FTE
- Every 3rd Weekend On-Call (May vary dependent on organizational needs)
- Flexible Scheduling
- 8:00am-4:30pm, 3 days a week (M-F)
- Competitive On-Call Pay

- No previous RN experience required.
- Current MI RN license required at time of hire.
