Brief Statement of Duties
Brief Statement of Duties:
Responsible for performance quality control and assessment for academy school improvement planning. Provide training, professional development, and support to charter schools to improve academic performance. Review and evaluate academy performance with educational goals and programs concerning school improvement and charter contracts. Responsible for serving as Director in the Director's absence.

Master's Degree

Education Leadership, Curriculum or related field
Required Specialized Training/Certifications:
Required Minimum Work Experience:
Five years' K-12 teaching or administrative work experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required for Satisfactory Performance of the Position Duties:
Knowledge of principles and methods for quality control, curriculum, and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
