  • Manages project scope and client expectations to deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations and internal financial requirements.

  • Provides RCM & Clinical Application workflow consulting to clients through client visits & written and verbal communications.

  • Provide professional presentations to clients throughout the project life cycle.

  • Assist with developing, maintaining and refining the current implementation process including documentation, staffing and workflows.

  • Assist with prioritizing and supervising all aspects of an implementation from start to post live monitoring.

  • Ensure all Continuum resources are informed, monitored and are accountable to ongoing implementations

  • Develop training plans for implementation analysts to ensure they are properly equipped to provide consultative support and have the technical expertise to contribute to successful implementations.

  • Maintain strong working relationship with all Continuum departments. Ensure successful communication with all departments

  • Participate in other Continuum projects as a subject matter expert with project management and clinical application guidance.

  • Prepares and conducts presentations at client site

  • Build and maintain relationships with key implementation stakeholders at clients’ facilities

  • Identifies and resolves very complex project/program tasks and issues.

  • Manages scope and client expectations to deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations and internal financial requirements.

  • Recent hands-on experience with implementation cycle of clinical provider practices of substantial size, scope and complexity.

  • Prior consulting & project management experience in healthcare IT area with focus on clinical applications and/or practice management systems.

  • Experience supporting or managing a clinical or practice management application.

  • Experience with physician office support and workflows.

  • Experience with EMR clinical workflows and revenue cycle front desk & billing workflows.

  • Prior experience managing large IT projects.

  • Successful leadership of complex projects is required.

  • Experience effectively managing teams, expanding into new markets with a track-record of success is required.

  • Experience in implementing network-based physician practices and management initiatives.

  • Knowledge and strong understanding of medical service models and best practices.
