ManpowerGroup HR Assistant in Marlborough, Massachusetts

Our client, a leader in the healthcare manufacturing industry , is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting talent development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Marlborough, MA (Hybrid - 3 required days in office)

Pay Range: $19.80/HR + Benefits

Job Function:

  • Coordinate with vendors to set up talent development program cohorts.

  • Share rosters with vendors for upcoming sessions and send calendar invites for classes and leadership discussions.

  • Track pre-work completion and send reminders to participants.

  • Perform data clean-up to assist with the transition to a new development platform.

  • Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Degree required.

  • 2+ years of administrative experience.

  • Minimum to intermediate expertise working with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and work collaboratively with others.
