Job Title: Entry-Level General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level General Laborer to clean and prepare steel forms used for concrete projects globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, preparing forms for painting and repair, assembling/disassembling components, moving and stacking parts, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring all operational procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare steel forms for concrete projects.

• Prepare forms for painting and repair.

• Assemble, disassemble, and replace components.

• Move and stack parts as required.

• Operate material handling equipment.

• Count, stack, bundle, band, and palletize parts.

• Ensure all operational procedures are followed.

Essential Skills

• Hand tool proficiency

• General tool knowledge

• Good work ethic

• General manufacturing background

• Power tool proficiency

• Forklift operation

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Construction background is a plus

• Concrete experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous tasks

• Ability to work in all weather conditions

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Punctual and reliable

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marlboro, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
