What You Will Do

The Senior Manager, Portfolio Excellence will lead centralized cross-portfolio growth initiatives within the Consumer Demand Generation (CDG) organization. This role will elevate focus on multi-brand strategies and activations, NPI commercial launch-excellence, and acceleration opportunities across the Kenvue Canada brand portfolio. This role will also directly support executional excellence across the department through leadership of critical processes such as 3YOP, PMR, and change initiatives across the CDG department in partnership with Canadian Marketing Leadership as well as key North America Regional Leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-brand strategy development and activation – leads development and execution of growth strategies across the Canadian portfolio that unlock disproportionate growth beyond core brand/categories strategies to advance Kenvue Canada leadership externally with consumers, customers, and stakeholders

  • NPI commercial launch excellence – leads commercial excellence across Canadian portfolio for New Product Innovation, including implementation of launch excellence framework, portfolio sufficiency and gap analysis, NPI performance and corrective action

  • Accelerated growth initiatives – identifies, develops, and executes growth acceleration initiatives across Canadian portfolio and in partnership with NA region (ex. upstream portfolio expansion, new brand integration, business model evolution, or acceleration plans for unsupported businesses)

  • 3YOP leadership – leads 3YOP strategic planning process for Canada Squads in collaboration with NA Head of Strategy, as well as Canada E2E partners to enable development of market leading growth plans for Canada brand portfolio

  • Strategic analysis – leads market-level strategic analysis, including external benchmarking, portfolio analysis, segmentation and iTSR modeling, as well as process optimization

  • As a key leadership role within the Consumer Demand Generation organization, the Senior Manager, Portfolio Excellence will participate as a standing member of the Marketing Leadership Team and will support other department level initiatives as required. This may include leading preparation for Sr Leadership engagements, business performance assessments, and support for financial forecast submissions.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent (business degree preferred)

  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive commercial/brand management experience is required.

  • Must have demonstrated success with direct people management and capability development.

Desired Qualifications

  • CPG experience strongly preferred

  • Customer strategy and/or customer facing experience is an asset

  • Demonstrated experience working directly with Agency and/or external partner management

  • Strong business and financial acumen; proven track record in managing P&Ls, financials and budgets.

  • Integrated media & activation experience

  • New product innovation (development and launch excellence)

  • The ability to think analytically and strategically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues.

  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and cross-regionally

  • The role may require up to 10% business travel
