Center Street Community Health Center HR Assistant in Marion, Ohio
HR Assistant Marion; Monday -- Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm
Works under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources. Maintains employee data in the payroll system for both new and existing employees. Track attendance for all staff, reviewing reports each pay period to identify potential issues. Assist in the recruitment process, including searching for candidates, coordinating with department managers, screening phone calls to potential candidates and scheduling in-person interviews. Assist in annual open enrollment process. Ensure new hires and terminated employees are added and removed from all benefits appropriately and timely. Assist in planning and coordinating special events and recognition programs for employees. Onboard new employees and conduct new employee orientation. Offboard terminated employees timely.
*High school diploma or equivalent required *Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required *Associate or bachelor's degree preferred with at least one years' relevant experience *Active listening, critical thinking, speaking, monitoring/assessing, and service oriented
