In this position, you start your day ready to tackle whatever comes your way. As a Customer Service Representative - CSR at Arrow Exterminators, you're the friendly voice our customers rely on to address their pest-related concerns and schedule services. Fielding calls with ease, you use your keen detective skills to solve their mysteries and put their minds at ease. With a focus on efficiency, you ensure that technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid, all while maintaining our commitment to excellence in customer service and environmental responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Willingness to work a minimum 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Administrative phone experience
