First Communities Community Concierge in Marietta, Georgia

Job Title:  Community Concierge

Exemption Status:  Non-exempt (hourly)

Status:  Part-time, weekends required

Job Duties:

  • Greets and extends a warm welcome to prospects and residents upon entry into the leasing office and ensures comfort of visitors while they wait to speak with an onsite team member.

  • Answers phone calls, routes calls to the appropriate team member for assistance or takes complete and detailed messages for team members to respond to caller.

  • Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning and are maintained throughout the shift

  • Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours

  • Maintains tracking logs for clubhouse rentals, dry cleaning services and/or other services provided by the community

  • Assists onsite team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs

  • Manages external and internal calls, taking and communicating detailed messages for the onsite staff

  • Maintains detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors.

  • Assists with completed service request calls backs as assigned.

  • Assists onsite staff with clerical duties including data entry and other duties as assigned


  • Prefer a minimum of high school degree

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Computer and data entry skills

  • Bilingual a plus

  • Ability to work weekends is required
