Job Title: Community Concierge
Exemption Status: Non-exempt (hourly)
Status: Part-time, weekends required
Job Duties:
Greets and extends a warm welcome to prospects and residents upon entry into the leasing office and ensures comfort of visitors while they wait to speak with an onsite team member.
Answers phone calls, routes calls to the appropriate team member for assistance or takes complete and detailed messages for team members to respond to caller.
Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning and are maintained throughout the shift
Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours
Maintains tracking logs for clubhouse rentals, dry cleaning services and/or other services provided by the community
Assists onsite team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs
Manages external and internal calls, taking and communicating detailed messages for the onsite staff
Maintains detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors.
Assists with completed service request calls backs as assigned.
Assists onsite staff with clerical duties including data entry and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Prefer a minimum of high school degree
1-2 years of customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer and data entry skills
Bilingual a plus
Ability to work weekends is required
