Leviton Assistant Account Manager in Marietta, Georgia

About the role This position will assist the Director, Sales and Account Manager in sales functions including but not limited to program maintenance, new product and program introduction and promotions. This position must also work closely with Sales Coordinators to ensure all POG updates are reflective on the Home Depot maintenance tool (AMT). Responsibilities Work with Corporate functions such as Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, etc. to assist with implementation of Home Depot programs. Become knowledgeable in the attributes of Leviton product line and how they are used in applications Work closely with field sales team to review completed Planograms and build specific market or store level Planograms as required Assess weekly field call reports in order to track training, projects and status reports Assist Sales Coordinator with maintenance projects as required to ensure products are active Coordinate with the field sales team to obtain competitive information and prices shops as required Maintain up to date and accurate information in Home Depot and Leviton systems Submit updates on Planograms to Home Depot for new items, test programs and all updates deemed necessary to adequately support the Leviton Brand Qualifications Must have a general understanding/knowledge of Home Depot business, processes and merchandising Best Practices Must have the ability and level of professionalism to represent the Home Depot sales team Must posses an understanding of product hierarchy, sell-up strategy and ability to build product sets Must have strong computer, excel and communication skills Must have strong analytical skills and ability to assess required data from sales reports Must have ability to grasp the project scope in order to meet project completion dates Must have the ability to work and travel in the field as required Education & Experience Bachelors degree preferred Experience in retail industry in related program/space management Though knowledge of the Home Depot also required Travel 20% What We Offer Comprehensive benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance programs 401K plans with employer-matching contributions Tuition reimbursement PTO Paid holidays Volunteer time off For more information about benefits, please go to: https://careers.leviton.com/benefits Leviton is an EEO/AA Employer.
