We have a full-time opening for a Project Manager with an established, family owned local firm. This company prides itself in its team atmosphere. As the Project Manager you will oversee the projects that includes heavy equipment operations, excavation, and construction of cattle facilities. This is a great opportunity to take a project from cradle to grave and see your hard work come to fruition.
Responsibilities will include:
Monday through Friday typical work schedule but weekend work could be required occasionally
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand project requirements
Complete in detail estimates based on current projections and prices
Create CAD drawings for estimates and proposals
Put together and manage all project details including materials and contractor's
Organize scheduling for projects
Track profit and loss
Processing invoices
Meet with existing/potential customers as needed
Communicate with all team members and office personal to make sure timely invoicing and regular project status updates
Requirements:
Previous estimating or project manager experience required
Strong skill-sets in CAD drafting and the software involved in drafting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Strong safety standards and commitment to company policies and procedures.
