Here, you will make an impact by:Designing and implementing operational processes in the Source to Contract (S2C) space.Developing technical requirements for systems and applications that support Global Procurement processes, with a focus on S2C.Proven experience in developing and documenting process maps, procedures, stakeholder guidance and training.Ability to think strategically and critically in relation to end to end Global Procurement process design.Demonstrated knowledge and creation of performance metrics to ensure compliance with processes implemented.Experience with deploying processes and systems in a complex global environment.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionTen (10) years of Procurement experience in an Operations setting in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Strong data analysis and problem-solving skillsProcess improvement & project management experienceExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills, including ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and the ability to effectively multi-task without a high degree of supervisory directionStrong team collaboration and ability to influence stakeholders to adopt new ways of working.Experience with Supplier Risk Management as part of end-to-end Global Procurement process development.Work location: Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)Travel: May include up to 5% domesticRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
