This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company".The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Salesforce Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives.Translate business needs into CRM functional specifications.Work with technical teams to design and configure the CRM platform.Lead and enforce backlog prioritization and sprint scope.Manage the sprint development lifecycle.Partner with the business to drive user adoption through effective training, communication, and support.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (6) years of experience in IT industry in a private, governmental or public environment.ORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND (10) years of experience in IT industry in a private, governmental or public environment.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Minimum 2 years of experience on the Salesforce Platform in a private, public, government or military environment.Basic understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce platform is required.Basic understanding and/or Experience in agile development environment.For current employees, internal transfer restrictions may not apply.
