Here, you will make an impact by:Coordinate consulting and technology implementations at client sites and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors (as needed) for optimal execution of projectsCreate program management tools to monitor program deliveryCoordinate timing of each delivery with client expectationsUnderstand client business issues and work to identify solutions to resolveIdentify and coordinate consulting work steps for successful delivery of Consulting Services with client responsibilities and track progressUtilize project management software (Workfront) to manage projects as well as client invoicingYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND (7) years of healthcare technology implementation management experience or consulting and project management experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND (11) years of healthcare technology implementation management experienceIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Ability to travel up to 50% of the timeAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree from an accredited institutionPMP certification and Project methodology development experience5 years' experience with EMR/EHR, data analytic platforms, and/or healthcare coding software.Knowledgeable in 3M HIS software portfolio and (3) years Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office programsExcellent verbal, written, presentation, analytical and organizational skillsProven ability to position value / benefits with "C level" decision makersProven ability to work cross functionally with an organization to ensure success of the common goal.Work location:RemoteTravel: May include up to 50%Relocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many progr ms to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
