Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleThe Packaging Production Manager will lead the creative and technical design processes for Solventum packaging production projects. This role requires a blend of strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and leadership skills to manage the production design team, ensure brand consistency, and oversee the entire production art lifecycle.As a Packaging Art Production Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Lead and oversee the production and execution of artwork and small-scale design adaptation forprojects simple to complex in scope (packaging design updates, collateral, etc.)Manage production team deliverables and support 40% of total team intake to save on costsMaintain a high standard of quality control, reviewing and proofing designs to ensure accuracy and consistency.Drive artwork consistency and design content accuracy within both Corporate Brand and Product Brand guidelines.Maintain organized printed and online design files and assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for future reference and required audience (ADA compliant Instructions for Use)Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (4) years of production design experience within the creative and/or printing industryORHigh School Diploma/GED AND (8) years of production design experience within the creative and/or printing industryAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Knowledge of FDA regulation and uniform packaging laws and regulationsKnowledge of healthcare packaging industryGeneral understanding of current print processes (gravure, flexo, offset, digital, etc.)Ability to manage high volumes, shifting priorities, and tight timelinesProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop)General understanding of printed packaging file creationProficiency in MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPointAdaptable to work in a variety of systems and tools as neededAttention to detail and strong time management skillsProven ability to lead and men or a multidisciplinary production design team, ensuring collaboration, meeting deadlines, and maintaining brand consistency throughout the entire production art lifecycle.Work location:RemoteRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
