Here, you will make an impact by:Translating business objectives into Enterprise Supply Chain requirements and develop end-to-end operational plans for execution in partnership with the functions of Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver.Identifying, prioritizing, and leading Chemical Operations specific improvement projects across the Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver.Determining what is needed to drive EHS&R, service, quality, cost, cash, and reliability across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver.Partnering across Chemical Operations, Divisions, and Enterprise Supply Chain resources to actively manage product lifecycle and portfolio excellence.Partnering across Chemical Operations, Divisions, and Enterprise Supply Chain technical leaders through New Product Introductions; development, scale-up and launch.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited institutionSeven (7) years of experiencein a manufacturing or supply chain rolein a private, public, government or military environmentFive (5) years of experience in a supervisory roleAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, physical sciences, supply chain or related field from an accredited institutionFive (5) years of large-scale batch production, operations, or supply chain experience in a private, public, government or military environmentStrong Communication and Change Management skills.Strong financial acumenWork location:Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require some travel.)Travel: May include up to 25% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
