Superior Sprinklers LLC, with its physical address at 2730 Highwood Avenue E, Maplewood, Minnesota 55119, email at michele@superiorlandscape-irrigation.com, is hiring twenty-five (25) landscape laborers, in Maplewood, MN. The employee(s) will perform traditional landscaping services. These tasks will include but are not limited to mowing, edging, debris cleanup, and blowing. The employee(s) will also assist in landscape installations and renovations; this may include plants, flowers, fountains, and related work. The employees may work with and have some maintenance responsibilities for a deck lawn mower, push mowers, leaf/grass blowers, weedeaters, hedge trimmers, and potentially other landscaping tools and equipment. They may also use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes. Work is to begin April 01, 2025, and the ending date is December 01, 2025. Work will be in Maplewood, MN. Workers will be temporary full-time workers. Each employee s expected daily schedule will be from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break in the middle of the day. Employees will be paid $21.30 per hour. A single work week will be used for computing wages due. Should worker require overtime pay, the overtime pay rate will be $31.95 per hour. Paychecks will be issued every week, on a Friday. The Employer will make all deductions from the worker s paycheck that are required by law. The Employer will facilitate housing by helping workers find housing, but the workers will be responsible for paying for their own housing once that housing is found. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. As applicable, the employer will reimburse in the first work week all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, as mandated by the government and not exceeding the mandated reimbursements. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for employee s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
