Here, you will make an impact by:The Corporate Risk Manager is primarily responsible for oversight and coordination of all aspects of aspects of the worldwide property and casualty insurance programs. This will include understanding and evaluating insurance policies, coverage enhancements, assessing risks, coverage placement, as well as more broadly assisting in the structuring, negotiating, purchasing, and day-to-day management of all aspects of the global insurance program, including assistance with any coverage-related disputes.This position routinely interfaces with Insurance Brokers and various internal stakeholders. This role will report into the Director, Risk Management within Treasury/Investor Relations and will include international and domestic responsibility with respect to evaluating the operational risks associated with the business. The objective of this position is to provide risk management expertise and guidance in achieving compliance and financially justified global and local insurance programs and ensures relevant risks are adequately covered by way of insurance or other risk management techniques.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (7) years of finance experience in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND (14) years of finance management experience in a private, public, government or military environmentANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:1 year of experience in finance, insurance or risk managementAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:2 years of experience in large multinational companies2 years or more of experience in insurance and risk managementInsurance Designations such as ARM or CPCUWork location: Remote - United StatesTravel: May include up to 10% local, domestic, and internationalR elocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponso ship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
