Here, you will make an impact by:Leading full-stack development of technical data analytics projects that provide new, data-based insights to Solventum.Creating a robust data layer for development of machine learning algorithms and application of advanced analytics tools and techniques.Solving, complex, novel data challenges with your technical skill, business knowledge, and creativity.Collaborating closely with business leaders, functional subject matter experts, and senior engineers, analysts, and data scientists across the globe.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 7 years' experience developing end-to-end data analytics solutions (back end & front end)ORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND 11 years' experience developing end-to-end data analytics solutions (back end & front end)ANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Demonstrated proficiency in T-SQL and relational databasesExperience in SQL queries, views, cluster data, performance improvement, reportsExperience coding in Python, C/C , and/or other programming/scripting languages.Experience building data pipelines using Power BI or similar data visualization tools, including working with Power Query, Power Apps, and DataflowsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Advanced degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field from an accredited institutionExperience with Apache SparkExperience with Azure Cloud servicesExperience with SnowflakeExperience with DatabricksExperience with TableauExperience with SAP Business ObjectsProficiency in RProficiency in C/C , Java, Julia, Scala, and/or other programming languagesExperience with Agile/Scrum project management frameworkInterest in continued learning of businesses processes, business data and new tools/architecturesKnowledge of Healthcare business conceptsStrong communication and presentation skillsMust be detail oriented, self-directed, have strong independent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at onceKnowledge and experience with data analytics theories and practicesWork location:RemoteTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/international travelRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
