We are seeking a skilled tool and die maker to join our team. In this role, you ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing stamping dies and production tooling while ensuring quality standards are met. If you re detail-oriented with a background in tool and die work, we d love to hear from you! Location: Maple Lake, MN Wage: $26 35/hr. Hours: 4:30 pm 3 am, Monday Thursday Benefits of the tool and die maker: Competitive pay Opportunity for professional growth Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401K with company match Paid vacation and sick leave Stable and supportive work environment Duties of the tool and die maker: Maintain and repair stamping dies, components, and production tooling Troubleshoot dies in presses, install, and adjust tooling as needed Ensure production tooling meets quality standards Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings Produce components to precise tolerances Complete required paperwork Skills of the tool and die maker: Familiarity with all types of stamping dies Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings Ability to operate tool room machinery safely Strong understanding of modern punch press principles Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively Self-motivation with minimal supervision Requirements of the tool and die maker: Experience in die design Experience in metal stamping and fabrication Proficiency in tool and die benchwork or related skills Experience with CNC machining Additional Information: Apply today!
