Manage the entire warranty process, including customer service, troubleshooting, receiving returns, and final disposition. Create work instructions as needed. Review daily production and scrap material reports to identify improvement opportunities. Actively seek ways to improve current processes. Participate in corrective and preventative action activities. Perform audits and final inspections of products. Inspect incoming raw materials. Ensure parts meet customer standards through detailed inspections. Requirements of the quality control technician: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education. Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing. Ability to train on a forklift. Basic computer skills. Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and work orders. Experience with micrometers, calipers, and hand/power tools. Strong attendance record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Additional Information: Apply today!
