We are seeking a dedicated logistics coordinator to join our Maple Lake, MN team! As a Logistics Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth flow of shipments, maintain accurate records, and assist in various shipping tasks. Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure correctness. Update inventory records regularly. Answer shipping-related phone calls and route to appropriate departments. Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities. Assist with evaluating shipping needs, including services, weights, and freight permits. Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) and validate items against pick tickets. Unload incoming materials and load outbound shipments. Inspect products for damage. Track and monitor shipments. Requirements of the logistics coordinator: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education. 1 year of shipping experience in manufacturing is preferred. Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Additional Information: Apply today!
