Wright County Community Action Family Services Coordinator in Maple Lake, Minnesota
Are you looking for a position in Human Services where you have the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of children and families in Wright County? The Head Start Family Services Coordinator is responsible for the on-going planning, development, implementation, and coordination of the WCCA Head Start Family and Community Partnership Services. This position assists in ensuring that the program complies with Head Start Performance Standards regarding Family Services, DHS regulations, and MDE regulations. This position is responsible for identifying families and children in need and supervises WCCA Head Start activities designed to meet identified needs, such as family engagement, family services, and community partnerships. This is a full-time year-round position with benefits offered. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in the field of Social Services, Human Services, or a related field. Recent work experience in the identification of family needs and the provision or coordination of family services for low-income families with young children. Must meet State Licensing requirements for background studies, CPR, First Aid, and Child Passenger Safety.
