Boston Scientific Corporation seeks a Sr. Equipment Engineer GSC Acquisition Integrations at its Maple Grove, MN location. DUTIES: Support global equipment Integration acquisition projects as equipment controls subject matter expert. Support new equipment and new technology development projects for the different scale up, transfers and acquisitions. Support manufacturing and process development for global integration projects and acquired entities. Provide technical knowledge for relocation, installation, start-up, qualification, training and sustaining of equipment related to product/process transfers across company manufacturing network and acquired entities. Create documentation as it relates to technical discipline (e.g., specifications, qualification protocols, validations, prototypes, technical manuals, 3D Models/schematics/equipment drawings/BOM s) in conjunction with different integration teams to ensure requirements of company quality system are achieved. Participate in problem solving teams using company engineering essentials tools. Work with and train BSC and acquired entities employees to interact with the BSC quality system demonstrating strong leadership capabilities, and excellent ability to communicate at all organizational levels. Apply project management skills to coordinate deliverables, develop and manage timelines, and develop estimates and manage budgets. May require to travel/telecommute.
