Boston Scientific Senior Manager, Talent Management - Global Operations, North America in Maple Grove, Minnesota

About the role: Boston Scientific is seeking a dynamic talent management professional to join our growing and evolving team! The Senior Manager, Talent Management will support Global Operations in North America. This role demands a high level of collaboration with HR Business Partners and other internal stakeholders to develop, shape, and execute talent management strategies and initiatives. It requires an independent thinker with a strategic and innovative mindset to navigate a dynamic global talent landscape. We are seeking a professional with deep expertise in talent management processes and programs, who can effectively influence stakeholders at all levels and embrace the challenges and opportunities presented by AI, business growth, and changing workforce demographics. This role is open to candidates seeking a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of three days on-site, based out of our Arden Hills, MN, or Maple Grove, MN, offices. Marlborough, MA, is also an option, though the Minnesota locations are preferred. Your responsibilities will include: Provide strategic talent management support for the Global Operations function and the Global Supply Chain North America region, including sites in Maple Grove, Arden Hills, Spencer, Dorado, Alpharetta, Quincy, Coventry, and Mississauga. Represent the assigned Global Operations function and North America region in support of Global Operations talent management roadmap priorities. Partner with and advise talent management specialists to deliver solutions. Collaborate with HR Leadership Teams (HRLT), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and leaders to define, create, and measure development initiatives. Anticipate changes in the talent landscape to address risks and threats to high performance. Work independently, using specialized expertise to provide guidance on tools, programs, and initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of: Organizational design and development Change management Engagement and culture Talent review and succession planning High-potential and diverse talent development Employee development Leader effectiveness Continuous performance management Design and execute strategic workforce plans in partnership with HRBPs and the Talent Acquisition & Inclusion (TA&I) Center of Excellence (COE). Engage with stakeholders and provide best practices to align on talent management trends, ensure the successful implementation of annual talent processes, and close skill and capability gaps. Review local solutions for regional and global applicability, and plan to evolve or phase them out with the introduction of global programs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 10 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Talent management and/or HR Business Partner experience in areas such as Performance Management, Organizational Design/Development, Change Management, Employee Engagement and Culture, Talent Review/Succession Planning, High-Potential and Diverse Talent Development, Employee Development, and Leader and Manager Effectiveness. Proven experience in applying global perspective, strategic thinking, innovation, adaptability, influence, collaboration, courage, and execution. Ability to influence and align various stakeholders to implement scalable solutions with minimal customization. Experience working with leaders at all levels, up to and including executives. Ability to par icipate in meetings with global peers during various times, including some outside of standard working hours. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Organizational Development (OD) or a related field. Two or more years of direct business support experience.
