SPIRE is currently hiring for a Personal Banker (Financial Service Officer) in our Maple Grove branch. What You Will DO: COLLABORATE with members to help them identify their financial goals EDUCATE members on how to optimize SPIRE's services to meet their individual needs FACILITATE account opening and lending to improve the financial well-being of members CREATE meaningful relationships via excellent service and face to face interaction SUPPORT your team by taking initiative to meet SPIRE's growth objectives ENJOY working in a team environment to meet individual and branch goals GROW with us by using the tools provided to stay on top of financial industry trends, products, services and training opportunities Who Are YOU: You are passionate about helping others, member centric, and goal driven You have an understanding of account opening, lending, and other financial products You are comfortable having conversations and making recommendations You seek new ways to serve others in your community, are innovative, and thrive on challenges You work well with others, even when things don't go as planned You enjoy a fast paced environment and can multi-task You have 1-3 years' experience working in a financial institution (required) You have a High School degree or GED (required) What's in it for YOU: Competitive WAGES (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked, and bonus paid for working 7 or 10 Saturdays in a quarter) plus quarterly bonuses and personal incentive plans up to $3,000 per month Opportunity to GROW by receiving constructive guidance Development opportunities thru CAREER pathway in branches, mentorship opportunities, and ongoing training initiatives Participation in GIVE BACK to our communities thru volunteering (PAID volunteer time provided), community events, and companywide campaigns Great BENEFITS include affordable healthcare ($53 per check), FREE telehealth visits, and 6% 401K contribution If this location is too far from your home and family, check out our other postings.
