Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in transforming frozen plasma into freeze-dried plasma. Your responsibilities will include handling plasma, operating machinery to thaw and dry it, and repackaging the final product. You will also be involved in continuous improvement processes, reviewing and redlining production procedures. Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and GMP requirements will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, inspect and package products, and cross-train across multiple product lines.
