PARK NATIONAL BANK Physical Security Specialist in Mansfield, Ohio

Description This position is hybrid with required days in Newark, Ohio. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and evaluate requests for access to physical security systems and Bank property, such as alarm code access and physical badge access. Assess system alerts related to physical security devices and/or equipment, escalate to the appropriate business line, and engage the physical security vendor as needed. Work with stakeholders to ensure information such as alarm codes and emergency contacts, is current and accurate. Review and secure digital evidence related to fraud investigations, law enforcement request and subpoenas, in accordance with department procedures. Provide incident response support for events such as alarm notifications, 911 call alerts, suspicious activity, abnormal behavior, and accidents on Bank property. Ensure tasks are completed within assigned service level agreements (SLAs) and input metrics. Support and assist Physical Security Receptionist position as needed. Individually participate in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risks Participate in cross-training and departmental support initiatives.
