As a Project Manager - Technical Proposal Factory in Mansfield, MA (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Instrumentation and Controls Business Unit. In this role you will be part of a team of Project Managers responsible for the overall success and management of projects, including scope, schedule, and budget. Under broad supervision, this position will manage moderately complex single product line projects from proposal development and award through contract closeout. Your work will include:
Support Risk and Schedule analysis and management of technical proposals. The ideal candidate will utilize approved Project Management tools, methods, and processes to review, evaluate, and cost proposals based on Customer specifications and Framatome product offerings.
Risk assessment/mitigation, Primavera P6 Schedule development, Float analysis, and Time Risk Allowance (TRA).
Conduct thorough Risk assessment and mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules, including Float analysis and Time Risk Allowance (TRA).
Collaborate with Sales Manager, Bid Manager, Engineering, Quality, Testing, and Scheduling teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
Prepare industrial scheme for proposals, integrated and resource-loaded schedules, and detailed technical and commercial risk assessments.
Develop and deliver presentations to seek approval through established procedure approval processes.
Utilize advanced Project Management tools such as Primavera P6 to track and manage project schedules and risks.
Serve as the primary interface between the project team, management, and potential customers, coordinating inputs from vendors both commercially and technically.
Provide monthly reporting to North America I&C Management and Global I&C Management, ensuring detailed cost and schedule control as well as effective risk/opportunity management.

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $121,000- $164,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
