Die Caterpillar Energy Solutions GmbH steht mit ihren beiden Marken MWM und CAT für hoch­effiziente und umweltfreundliche Anlagen zur dezentralen Energie­erzeugung. Das in Mannheim ansässige Unternehmen wurde im Jahre 1871 vom Autopionier Carl Benz gegründet. Die Produkte stehen für mehr als 150 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Gasmotoren und Stromaggregaten für Erdgas, Biogas und weitere Sondergase. Praktika, Bachelor- oder Masterarbeiten an

Einsatzort: Mannheim

Deine Tätigkeit:

• Bearbeitung von unterschiedlichen, eigenständigen Projekten im Bereich der Motor- und Anlagensteuerung (Automatisierungstechnik), Digitalisierung, Datenanalyse, Machine Learning und Cyber Security. Die Tätigkeit umfasst unter anderem Aufgabenstellungen im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung sowie des Aufbaus von Hardware bzw. Testequipment.

• Der genaue Umfang ist abhängig von aktuellen Projektanforderungen, z.B.:

• Konzeptentwicklung und Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlage

• Entwicklung von Hard- und Software

• Produkt-Validierung

• Fehleranalyse und Qualitätssicherung

• Dokumentation

Profil:

• Student (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik & Automatisierungstechnik und fachverwandten Bereichen

• Gute Englischkenntnisse

• Engagierter Teamplayer mit hoher Eigeninitiative
