Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an HR Manager with 5+ years comprehensive HR experience, the ability to lead a team of direct reports and demonstrated ability in creating strong relationships with business leaders. Your Responsibilities: Lead, coach and mentor a team of HR professionals. Provide HR leadership, consultation and support to executive level leadership and business teams. Demonstrate expertise with strategic planning to include the creation and leadership of key people strategies, processes and tools in support of peak business cycles. Apply knowledge and experience in a variety of HR functions like staffing, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations and supporting line leaders. Focus on strategic HR support to help support business growth and progression. Drive thecreation of employee engagement plans and leadership accountability toshape a positive employee experience. Resolve employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions consistent with our mission of providing Opportunity & Security. Develop talent acquisition plans in collaboration with hiring managersand talent acquisition to ensure labor plans are met and resourced; recruit, source and interviewprospective candidatesthereby building an effective pipeline. Recommend and maintain equitable compensation programs aligned with the desired business outcomes. Have experience with job architecture, career planning, career progression and coaching leaders on organizational structure, management and workforce planning. You Must Have: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of related/relevant professional experience; 2+ years of supervisory experience Proven track record of being able to recruit new talent, hire large numbers of people to support business locations, and have experience in building candidate awareness Strong HR knowledge Strong computer skills, including MS Office products and HRIS Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects Service-oriented individual with the ability to influence We Would Also Prefer: Experience coaching leaders to improve business process and people management Ability to work in Mankato 3-4 days a week on-site in one of our buildings About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
