What You\'ll Do: Collect samples from each trailer (Beans - 10 to 15lbs and Carrots - 50lbs). Grade each sample based on the Lakeside procedures. Operate grader safely. Complete paperwork accurately. Help cover breaks for inspectors. Assist Ag. Dept with Pre-grade samples. What You\'ll Bring Basic computer skills required. Learn and follow the approved safe practices and procedures that apply to position. Become familiar with, observe and follow all Lakeside Foods\' rules and established policies for Safety, Health and Security.
