FLEX-STAFF INC -MANITOWOC Press Operator - 1st OR 2nd shift in MANITOWOC, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you looking to start your career in manufacturing? No experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential. The Press Operator is responsible for operating punch presses to shape, cut, or form materials into specific shapes or sizes. This job requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to ensure the machines run smoothly and produce high-quality parts. Press Operator Skills required to be performed: *Weigh & Measure material - using digital scales. *Ability to read detailed Process Sheets. *Operate machine tools such as band saws, routers, drill press, etc. *Ability to use hand measurement tools and gages. *Understand and operate machine press - Safety & Emergency Stop Button. *Follow Process Sheet to include flash clean up - proper filing method. *Understand and Perform Quality Inspection tasks to look for defects.
