JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manager Inside Sales & Lift Solutions - 2214 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Oversee order entry activity * Manage & Direct sales order change process * Coordinate between dealer/ customer and production facilities regarding unit delivery status. Resolve issues between customer and factory in regard to order administration and timing. * Supervise sales admin staff (if required) * Prepare and present at SI&OP meetings * Interact with RBM\'s, Dealers, and direct customer accounts to ensure good communication regarding order status * Oversee short ship issues. * Take calls and provide technical support and feedback during initial customer contact for lift solution request. * Interact with Customers to understand and document custom engineering requests during lift solution request. * Work with Engineering team to coordinate quoted content to customer on lift solutions. * Coordinate with sales align quoted content with new product sales orders for lift solutions. * Coordinate with aftermarket group to quote lift solution projects for fielded machines. * Work with sourcing and operations teams to ensure lift solution projects are executed on time and on budget. * Communicate lift solution order status back to customers to ensure a closed loop process. * Work with sales and aftermarket teams to ensure accurate invoicing of completed lift solution projects. EOE / DISABLED / VETERAN Equal Opportunity Employer-minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: JOB REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: * Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or other Technical degree with a minor in business is preferred. * Five or more years of directly relevant experience with large construction equipment manufacturer(s) and general knowledge of, and experience in the mobile crane industry is desired. * Individual must possess the technical knowledge to perform the job in a professional manner. * Be able to rapidly grasp the significance of technical information and apply it to a specific situation. * The ability to analyze relevant data, exercise good judgement in predicting the outcome of future actions or inactions and the ability to coordinate with sales and manufacturing. * Share his or her thoughts or opinions regarding specific topics in a forceful yet diplomatic manner is required. * Must be proficient in computer skills including general word processing and spreadsheet software. * Occasional travel (domestic and international) to trade shows and customer job sites is required.
