SATORI'S AUTO Automotive Service Manager in MANITOWOC, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: As the Automotive Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of automotive service, from customer interactions to workflow management. Your leadership skills will be crucial in maintaining a high level of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, and workflow optimization. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Supervise service technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Monitor service quality and efficiency, implementing improvements as needed to enhance overall performance. Maintain accurate records of service activities, inventory, and financial transactions. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service offerings. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: ASE Certified Degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in automotive repair procedures and diagnostic tools. Sound knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and components. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
