Corteva Agriscience Regional Bio Control Product Manager in Manila, Philippines

Description

Corteva is responsible for developing new active ingredients and formulated products that are competitive with current and future market conditions. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Biocontrol Product Manager to join our APAC Biologicals business.

The Regional Biocontrol Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of our biocontrol products within the region. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve product adoption, efficacy, and overall market performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural sciences, product management, and biocontrol solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to promote and optimize the use of biocontrol products in regional agricultural operations.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with farmers, agronomists, and other stakeholders to implement best practices and optimize product efficacy.

  • Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvement initiatives.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

  • Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in biocontrol technologies to incorporate best practices.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Entomology, Plant Pathology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural product management or biocontrol solutions.

  • Proven track record of improving product performance and market adoption.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM) and sustainable farming practices is a plus.
