Accenture Recruitment Candidate Management (BPO) in Manila, Philippines

• Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles in Corporate Functions/Support roles hiring

• Screening applications and candidates' selection

• Conducting interviews, sharing feedback about candidates and tracking their profiles in the recruitment system

• Preparing and conducting job offers

• Participating in recruitment events and sourcing activities

• Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies and operational metrics

• Utilizing recruitment database(s) and tools

• Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, and identifying issues and recommending actions

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree course • Requires solid 2 years Recruitment or relevant work experience • Good communication skills
