Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degre, desirably in a business-related course.

• With at least 5 years of relevant banking experience.

• Ability to conduct financial analysis.

• With effective negotiation and marketing skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for efficient account management and development of business with existing and new clients.

• Responsible for negotiation of rates and fees and ensuring required margins are applied to relevant transactions.

• Evaluates financial requirements and financial capacity of customers and proposes financial solutions and packages to meet these requirements.

• Conducts business promotion of various banking products and services by customer visit to achieve target.

• Conducts effective and accurate know your customer process in accordance with bank's policies and procedures.

• Work in partnership with operations group, support departments and products-related departments, to ensure smooth delivery of service to customers and for promotion-related activities.
