Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance.

  • With at least 1-2 years of work experience in undertaking AML/KYC reviews and loans transaction bookings within the banking and financial services industry.

  • Knowledgeable in AML, regulatory compliance, and controls with good business writing skills.

  • Experience in reviewing comprehensive documents like complex ownership structure, AML Questionnaires, and various organizational documents.

  • Strong working knowledge of AML/Sanctions laws and regulations relative to money laundering and terrorist financing and the ability to apply this knowledge in daily processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages day to day operations within the Business Service Line.

  • Ensures completion of KYC and AML tasks covering: On-Boarding, Periodic Reviews and Ad hoc Reviews.

  • Performs loan processing tasks covering: Availment, Repricing, Maturity and Roll-overs.

  • Deliver optimum customer satisfaction for all inbound and outbound requests.

  • Assists the Relationship Managers of all segments through enhancing the volume of banking business to achieve the financial target for the department.

  • Identify improvements from daily processing and actively provide feedback and recommendations to improve the existing processes.
