About The Role:
The Senior Procurement Analyst will design, evaluate, and provide a variety of reports and analysis based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management, and performance of suppliers and vendors. This position will support sourcing and purchasing activities for a client portfolio.
This is an onsite role in downtown New York City, NY USA.
What You'll Do:
Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
Prepare and present the results of analysis and reports along with their relative impact(s) on the business to all levels of management.
Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to improve accuracy, usefulness, and access.
Collect and rationalize complex data from many sources.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy. Conduct sophisticated financial evaluation.
Use accumulated data to build a complete overview that includes improvements and recommendation.
Act as a subject matter authority for key systems/processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions and serve as a point of contact for them.
Find opportunities for improvements by and among the clients and/or companies.
Review forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions. Make strategic recommendations to business.
Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
Have a broad knowledge of own job subject area and some knowledge of several job fields within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet timelines.
Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant procurement experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Certificates and/or Licenses - C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Equal Pay Disclaimer
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum base salary for theSenior Procurement Analystis $95,000 per year, and the maximum base salary is $105,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401k, dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
