Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Security Manager in the retail industry, based in Manhattan Beach, California. The role involves leading our practice around identities, access, accounts, and permissions, as well as implementing and supporting IAM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Leading our practice around identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions

• Successfully implementing and supporting IAM systems

• Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Writing and speaking clearly and persuasively

• Paying close attention to detail and demonstrating a strong work ethic

• Adapting to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

• Using multiple authentication and authorization solutions and directory platforms

• Working with identity management solutions, such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and Okta

• Managing and developing a team, and mentoring team members. Requirements • Proven experience as a Security Manager in the retail sector

• Proficiency in security management systems and procedures

• Substantial knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment

• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to inspire team members

• Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures in a retail environment

• Proficiency in using security software such as CyberArk, SailPoint, and Okta

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to make judgment calls under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures pertaining to security in the retail industry

• Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents

• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required

• Willingness to continuously update knowledge of industry trends and advancements

• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
