Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas

Growth Strategy & Development

• Develop , execute, and oversee business strategies which will deliver growth and profit .

• Oversee enablers such as partner agencies, execution tools, reports and process digitization , servicing, and cabinets, and ensure are working within the expected capability and meet service levels/ KPIs.

• Craft Key Performance Indicators, targets, and incentive schemes

• Oversee Modern Trade investments and check investment appropriation.

• Leads weekly governance for Modern Trade Leadership Team and monthly for total modern trade .

Business Operations Continuous Improvement

• Understand underlying execution pain points and develop solutions.

• Lead for Modern Trade in stakeholder engagements for technology and process governance and revamp.

  Qualifications

• Strategy and decision formulation through data

• Collaborative and drive for continuous brilliant execution

• Strong leadership & organization skill

• Sharp negotiation and working skills

• Finance Management

• Design and Systems thinking

• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Knowledge in Power BI is an advantage; Knows how to drive

• Early-career experience in modern trade, customer management, and/or field operations

• Leadership experience

• Background in project management and finance
